Who is responsible

FEROVELLE operates this trade website. Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to sales@ferovelle.com.

Server access logging

When the public homepage is requested, our server records an access entry that can include the visit time, page path, referrer, browser user-agent, country code and full IP address. We use these records for site security, diagnosing technical problems and understanding aggregate traffic.

Access records are automatically removed after 30 days. The website does not use analytics cookies, localStorage or a browser session identifier for this logging, and we do not use these records for cross-site advertising or sell them.

Trade enquiries

When you submit a trade enquiry, we store the business and contact details you enter, selected styles, quantity, timing, notes, submission time, IP address, country code and browser user-agent. We use this information to respond, verify the context of the enquiry and maintain a business correspondence record.

Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active transaction, legal obligation or dispute.

Storage, access and your choices

Records are hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Access to the private dashboard is restricted to the FEROVELLE site owner. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing us.
